Team Leader and marketing guru of Kable Team Realty, Tracy Kable approaches her business model with one motto: professionalism with a personal touch. Her ability to recognize the unique wants, needs and lifestyles of each client has exceeded the expectations of home buyers and sellers in West Virginia’s Eastern Panhandle for years. Her natural flair for leadership and forming relationships has led her to success.

Born and raised in Charles Town, Tracy is a true West Virginia native and has lived in the area for most of her life. After a successful career in direct sales, Tracy's exceptional skills and abilities were recognized, and she took her talent a step further in real estate. Tracy became a licensed Realtor® in 2000, though her experience in customer service began in 1987, and has developed an unbreakable passion for guiding her clients to real estate success. She tackles every transaction with a clear goal, providing her clients with nothing short of five-star service.

Tracy takes pride in her strong negotiation abilities, a trait that she has become known for throughout the Eastern Panhandle. She spends time studying the current market, coming up with comparable home sales to achieve the best price possible for buyers and sellers alike. Whether it’s finding a first home, relocating to a new part of town or discovering the perfect place to retire, Tracy finds fulfillment in knowing she played a role in the satisfaction of her clients.

Developing lasting relationships is of utmost importance to Tracy and her team. Even after the deal has closed, clients can expect to hear from Tracy throughout the year whether it is via phone, email, a personal note or even an in-person rendezvous. While Tracy and Kable Team Realty work hard in their quest to assist the West Virginia real estate consumer, they still find time to stay active throughout the community. They are a Partner in Education with local schools, supporters of the local Rotary and rotarian events, and sponsors of the Jefferson County Community Ministries. Kable Team Realty is also a member of the Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors, Jefferson and Berkeley County Chamber of Commerce, and supports a variety of charity events and organizations, including the youth 4-H program.

Carol Kable, REALTOR®

Both Carol’s personal & professional life are deeply rooted in the agricultural sector of Jefferson County WV, where she as been a life-long resident. She & her husband own & operate a successful grain farm. In 1979 she began selling real estate for a family owned company & soon realized she couldn’t deliver the level of service she wanted. In 1985 she founded Rosemont Realty. In 1994 to take her business to the next level, she joined a franchise company, often attaining the distinction of being the area's top producer & has remained with RE/MAX ever since.

Her knowledge of these areas and local economics has enhanced her ability to serve as a member of the Board of Directors for two regional banks. Agriculture, real estate, and banking are uniquely intertwined in this area; Carol is particularly suited to understand the interaction among these sectors and to convey that knowledge to others.

Anne Strider, REALTOR®

Anne Strider is a seasoned real estate expert who brings professionalism, enthusiasm and integrity to each and every transaction. One of her lifetime milestones, Anne joined Kable Team Realty in 2005 and has been devoted to successfully assisting her clients in their real estate endeavors ever since. Her passion for the industry and love for helping her clients reach their real estate goals is what drives her to success, as she strives to provide the best service possible before, during and after a transaction closes.

As a Realtor of Kable Team Realty, Anne focuses her talents on residential real estate, both resale and new construction, as well as relocation. As a lifelong resident of the Eastern Panhandle, Anne enjoys sharing her enthusiasm of the area with her clients and uses her area knowledge to find home buyers the ideal home for their unique preferences. During a transaction Anne feels protective of her clients’ best interests.

Her natural instincts to nurture and care for others plays a role in her real estate techniques, which she says translates into a "mother-hen" like resonance.

Anne believes that both personal and professional integrity is of paramount importance. She lets this belief shine through in her ability to treat each client honestly and fairly.Her drive, focus, and go-getter personality reassure her clients that she will not rest until the transaction is complete, and her client is happy. While much of her time is spent perusing the market for the best home for her clients, Anne still finds time to stay active within the community. While her two sons are now in college, she enjoyed volunteering at their elementary and secondary schools in previous years. Missi Boober, REALTOR®

With a strong background in working with home buyers throughout West Virginia’s Eastern Panhandle, Missi Boober has been a full-time, licensed real estate agent since 2003. She is best known for making her clients a top priority and her commitment to professionalism. Communication and honesty are two words that Missi holds in high regard when it comes to how she treats her clients, and she goes above and beyond to keep in touch with them long after the transaction is completed. From first time homebuyers to seniors, investors, relocation buyers and sellers, Missi’s experience and dedication to her clients makes her a strong asset to Kable Team Realty.

Missi moved from Western Maryland to West Virginia’s Eastern Panhandle in 1995. After getting her Associates in Business in 1993, she worked as a real estate paralegal before becoming a licensed agent. Her prior work experience in the industry gave her a leg up on the competition once she got her real estate license, and she used her knowledge, professionalism and strong communication skills to begin her successful career in real estate. Now a seasoned agent, Missi has also earned her ABR, GRI and CSSBR designations.

The joy of helping others find the home that is ideal for their needs is what Missi enjoys most about her job. She aims to keep the lines of communication open with her clients on a regular basis. Not only does she communicate with them through every step of the transaction, but she also makes an effort to keep in touch afterwards on a regular basis. Her strong background in the industry and her involvement in the Berkeley County Chamber of Commerce, Board of Realtors and local schools makes her not only an expert in her career, but a strong community resource as well. Missi wants to take her existing qualifications and expand them by helping Kable Team Realty grow even more.

When she’s not busy helping West Virginia homebuyers find the ideal home, you can find Missi with her husband, Dave, and her two sons and two daughters. You could also find her gardening, golfing, cooking or at her children’s volleyball, baseball and softball games.
