Carol F. Kable, Associate Broker, CRS, CRB, ABR

Carol Kable's personal and professional lives are deeply rooted in the agricultural sector of Jefferson County. Being life-long residents, she and her husband have owned and operated a successful dairy and grain farming operation. In addition, she has conducted her own real estate business, often attaining the distinction of being the area's top producer.

Her knowledge of these areas and local economics in general has enhanced her ability to serve as a member of the Board of Directors for two regional banks. Agriculture, real estate and banking are uniquely intertwined in this area, and she is particularly suited to understand the interaction among these sectors and to convey that knowledge to others.

Wendy Williams, Licensed Listing Specialist

Wendy uses her knowledge and experience in the real estate and legal industries to vitally assist The Team daily. This ensures that clients receive the highest level of personal service and become clients for life. Wendy does everything from preparing Carol for the listing appointment to entering the listing into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). She works with every seller from the time The Team is chosen to sell the property until a contract is received assuring a pleasant experience for all involved.

Kim Hall, Licensed Transaction Manager 

Kim steps in from the time an offer is secured until the day the Seller receives the proceeds and the Buyer receives the house of their dreams. She maintains constant contact with lenders, inspectors, title agents, insurance agents, appraisers, surveyors, listing agents, buyers' agents, Sellers and Purchasers from the time the contract is written through settlement. With her Real Estate License and having over 12 years of legal experience, Kim has a keen eye for detail and organization.
