The following tips will show you easy, inexpensive ways to prep your Jefferson or Berkeley County home

1. Easy Upgrades
The goal is to spend as little money as possible, but add fixtures and features that the Eastern Panhandle buyer will love. You don't need to completely renovate your kitchen, install a new roof, or put in a pool. While buyers may be impressed by those, they are probably not willing to pay extra for them. What they will be intrigued by are small updates like new doorknobs, lighting, a fresh coat of neutral paint.
