Randy was born and raised in Charles Town, WV. He attended Jefferson High School, Potomac State College in Keyser, WV, and graduated from Shepherd University in Shepherdstown, WV with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Commercial Recreation and Tourism. As a pitcher on each school’s baseball team, he had dreams of playing professionally; however, this dream was not meant to be. The desire to use his degree and athleticism led him to Myrtle Beach, SC, where he obtained his Class “A” PGA of America Membership. As a head golf professional and merchandiser, he achieved various awards in customer service, along with obtaining the prestigious recognition of Top 100 Golf Shops in America by Golf World Magazine.
Education, politics, health and environmental issues are at the foundation of Randy's care and concern for local prosperity. With an immense amount of passion for our local history, he strives to keep abreast of important factors tied to the success of our community. His experiences on and off the golf course have created a strong awareness of the importance of going above and beyond expectations, which is the core of his sophisticated philosophies for customer service, retention, and mutual goal achievement for both himself and his clients.
