Lauryn Carper is a Realtor® at Kable Team Realty.  Lauryn’s journey in real estate began right out of high school, when she started as a receptionist at the same brokerage where the Kable Team hung their licenses at the time. While continuing to work part-time, Lauryn earned her Associates Degree in Liberal Arts at Blue Ridge Community and Technical College in Martinsburg, WV in 2011. Upon the founding of Kable Team Realty in 2012, when the team branched out on their own, Lauryn has been an intrinsic part of the team since day one.

With experience ranging from receptionist to transaction coordinator, and now Realtor®, Lauryn possesses a distinctive vantage point that allows her to anticipate and understand the needs of her clients. Her comprehensive knowledge of the questions they may have and the challenges they may encounter enables her to provide invaluable guidance and unwavering advocacy at every stage of the process. 

Born and raised in Jefferson County, Lauryn has witnessed the surrounding areas' great transformation – from rural towns into the bustling cities that manage to retain their small-town feel. Her intimate knowledge of this region and the experiences of having lived here her whole life gives her a true passion for making her hometown your home.

In her spare time, Lauryn can be found spending quality time with her husband, daughter, and their precious pups, experiencing all the Eastern Panhandle and surrounding areas have to offer.  Lauryn can help you find the most adventurous outdoor activities, a vineyard to unwind or a local dining spot to satisfy any palette. She is a very active and connected member of the community.
