Natasha Kable Fogle is a Realtor® at Kable Team Realty. As a third-generation real estate agent with the Kable Team, helping families find home has been in Natasha’s blood since the wee age of eight-years-old, while she was tagging along with her grandmother Carol Kable and her stepmom Tracy Kable, as they toured listings with buyers throughout the Mountain State.

Upon earning her Associates Degree in Business and Marketing at Blue Ridge Community and Technical College in Martinsburg, WV, Natasha established a solid foundation in the banking and lending industry. After moving out of state for 4 years, Natasha found herself returning back to her roots and true passion: collaborating with home buyers and sellers in the place she has always loved. 

Purchasing a home is a significant moment in life, as is selling a property that may hold decades of cherished memories. When a person makes a decision like this, it’s crucial their Realtor® is not only experienced with the details of the search or transaction, but that they also understand and relate to the hopes and dreams of the client. This is where Natasha truly shines.

Natasha understands the importance of creating authentic relationships. She has always gone above and beyond for her clients, many of which become friends. This specific aspect of being a Realtor® is something she attributes back to her youth as she witnessed both her grandmother and stepmom build lasting bonds with their clients—a genuine character trait that simply can’t be taught.

Within the first year of earning her real estate license in 2019, she helped over 50 families achieve their dream of either purchasing or selling a home.  Not only is this number impressive, but it holds great significance to her, because home to Natasha is a safe place where memories can be made, love can grow, and family & friends are welcome.  She is directly helping build her community through each transaction that closes.

Having grown up in Jefferson County, Natasha will be the first to share her strong beliefs in the benefits of purchasing a home and raising a family in West Virginia. She shares that the Eastern Panhandle is a location where you can reap all the benefits of living in the country, but you’re close enough to the city when you need your retail therapy fix! 

The community, farmland, and family are what keep the Eastern Panhandle so close to Natasha’s heart.  She is enthusiastic about being a part of “making the best better” within the community. Participating in 4-H for 10 years and 3-generations of Kables farming in Jefferson County solidifies Natasha’s ties to agriculture.

Passion, Commitment and Understanding 

Natasha takes great pride in keeping her finger on the pulse of the local market by being an active member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors and the Rotary Club of Charles Town.

Personally, she’s focused on prioritizing her self-care, spending time with her husband Kyle and son Grayson, riding her Peloton, golfing, and trying new, healthy recipes.  In the summer you may even find her honing the skill of canning veggies from the garden. 

She admits to being truly humbled by the consistent feedback she has received from past and present home buyers, sellers and the close-knit family of Kable Team Realty, and she is grateful to be a part of such a dynamic team.
